罗茨真空泵和水环真空泵有什么区别

区别在于:性能特点不同、应用范围不同、工作原理不同。
The difference lies in: different performance characteristics, different application scope and different working principles.
1、性能特点不同:罗茨真空泵的特点是:启动快,耗功少,运转维护费用低,抽速大、效率高,对被抽气体中所含的少量水蒸汽和灰尘不敏感;水环真空泵结构紧凑,泵的转速较高,一般可与电动机直联,无须减速装置。吸气均匀,工作平稳可靠,操作简单,维修方便。
1. Performance characteristics are different: Roots vacuum pump features fast start-up, low power consumption, low operation and maintenance costs, high pumping speed, high efficiency, insensitive to a small amount of steam and dust contained in the pumped gas; water ring vacuum pump has compact structure, high pump speed, and generally can be directly connected with the motor without deceleration device. Inhalation uniformity, stable and reliable work, simple operation, easy maintenance.
2、应用范围不同:罗茨真空泵广泛用于真空冶金中的冶炼、脱气、轧制,以及化工、食品、医药工业中的真空蒸馏、真空浓缩和真空干燥等方面。主要应用于煤矿(抽瓦斯),化工,制药,矿山,造纸,食品,啤酒,建材,塑料,冶金,电器等行业。
2. Different applications: Roots vacuum pump is widely used in vacuum metallurgy in smelting, degassing, rolling, as well as in chemical, food and pharmaceutical industries such as vacuum distillation, vacuum concentration and vacuum drying. Mainly used in coal mine (gas extraction), chemical industry, pharmaceuticals, mines, paper making, food, beer, building materials, plastics, metallurgy, electrical and other industries.
3、工作原理不同:罗茨真空泵泵内装有两个相反方向同步旋转的叶形转子,转子间、转子与泵壳内壁间有细小间隙而互不接触的一种变容真空泵。水环泵是靠泵腔容积的变化来实现吸气、压缩和排气的,因此它属于变容式真空泵。
3. The working principle is different: Roots vacuum pump is equipped with two blade-shaped rotors which rotate synchronously in opposite directions. There is a small gap between the rotors, the rotors and the inner wall of the pump shell, and there is no contact with each other. Water ring pump is a variable-volume vacuum pump, which relies on the volume change of pump chamber to achieve aspiration, compression and exhaust.
