| 水环式真空泵的结垢原因 Scaling Reasons of Water Ring Vacuum Pump 随着水环真空泵结垢的开始,循环水灾泵内的热传递环境逐渐被破坏,热交换频率将越来越低,结垢速度将越来越快。水垢成因大致包含以下几点: With the beginning of scaling in water ring vacuum pump, the heat transfer environment in circulating flood pump is gradually destroyed, the heat exchange frequency will be lower and lower, and the scaling speed will be faster and faster. The causes of scale include the following points: (1)受热分解:含有硬度成分的循环水进入真空泵后,随泵的旋转在泵体内形成水环做功发热,使溶解在水中的重碳酸盐逐渐分解,析出难溶于水的沉淀而结成水垢。 (1) Thermal decomposition: After the circulating water containing hardness component enters the vacuum pump, it forms a water ring in the pump body to work and heat with the rotation of the pump, which gradually decomposes the bicarbonate dissolved in the water and precipitates the insoluble water to form scales. (2)溶解度降低:负溶解度温度系数的CA-SO4,CASIO3,CACO3,等盐类随着循环水水温的升高而降低溶解度因此析出沉淀形成结垢。 (2) Solubility decreases: negative solubility temperature coefficient of CA-SO4, CASIO3, CACO3, and other salts decrease solubility with the increase of circulating water temperature, so precipitation forms scaling. (3)相互反应:循环水中原本溶解度较大的盐类,在真空泵的运行过程中,和其他盐类发生物理化合反应形成难溶物质而形成水垢。 (3) Interaction: Salts with high solubility in circulating water are physically combined with other salts to form insoluble substances and scale during the operation of vacuum pumps. (4)蒸发和浓缩。由于循环水不断做功发热,不可避免地要产生蒸发和浓缩,使水中溶解盐的浓度不断增大,达到饱和时析出沉淀形成水垢。 (4) Evaporation and concentration. Due to the continuous work and heating of circulating water, evaporation and concentration will inevitably occur, which will increase the concentration of dissolved salt in water and precipitate to form scale when it reaches saturation. |
