某化纤产品的生产过程为:低分子-高分子-制成带状-切片-干燥(运用罗茨泵-水环泵机组进行真空干燥)-抽丝-牵伸、加热-纺织-成品。
The production process of a chemical fibre product is as follows: low molecular weight-high molecular weight-ribbon-slice-drying (vacuum drying with Roots Pump-Water ring pump unit) - drawing, heating-textile-finished products.
其中一个重要的工序是将5×5×5(mm)大小的切片进行干燥,以便进行抽丝,抽丝过程中理想的状况是使水份含量为零,实际上由于不能达到这一目的,故要求水份含量不大于0.02%,如果水份超过这一要求,要高温高压下抽丝,会使高分子分解,影响产品的强度。
One of the important processes is to dry slices of 5 x 5 x 5 (mm) size for drawing. The ideal condition during drawing is to make the moisture content zero. In fact, because this purpose cannot be achieved, the moisture content is not more than 0.02%. If the moisture content exceeds this requirement, drawing under high temperature and pressure will make the moisture content less than 0.02%. Polymers decompose and affect the strength of products.

The main functions of the main equipment are as follows:
(1)真空阀关闭真空阀,机组停止运行,可保持干燥系统一定的真空度。

(2)自动气动安全阀为防止机组突然停车时水环泵系统中的水向罗茨泵及真空干燥系统中倒灌。

(3)压差阀机组开始运行时,先启动水环泵,在压差阀两端逐渐产生压差,达到一定值时,阀自动开启,使系统中大部分气体经此阀流进水环泵。当大气逐渐通过大气泵流进水环泵,压差阀两端压力又逐渐减小,以致关阀,于是大气泵随即开始正常工作,压差阀的作用是为了缩短大气泵正常工作前的预抽时间。
(3) When the differential pressure valve unit starts to run, the water ring pump is started first, and the differential pressure is gradually generated at both ends of the differential pressure valve. When the differential pressure valve reaches a certain value, the valve opens automatically, so that most of the gas in the system flows into the water ring pump through the valve. The atmospheric pump then begins to work normally. The function of the differential valve is to shorten the pre-pumping time before the normal operation of the atmospheric pump.
(4)水位计起止逆阀的作用,防止水环泵的水倒流。

操作顺序如下:先开动水环泵,系统中气体径由罗茨泵(此时推动罗茨泵转子转动)进入水环泵而由汽水分离器排向大气。当抽到绝对压力为50Torr时启动罗茨泵2,当绝对压力到20Torr时再启动罗茨泵1,最后系统压力可达到0.088Torr,一般情况下可维持在1Torr以下。
